What micro-skills are needed?

While many people find 𝔫𝔢𝔴 𝔶𝔢𝔞𝔯 𝔯𝔢𝔰𝔬𝔩𝔲𝔱𝔦𝔬𝔫𝔰 a bit '𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘦', I still can't help myself in sitting down at the end of the year (usually in the garden and listening to music) and doing some deep soul searching.

As an executive coach, and one who has worked with thousands of executives and senior executives through my coaching and facilitation, I know from practical experience that 𝔤𝔬𝔞𝔩𝔰 ...ᴛʜᴀᴛ ᴀʀᴇ ɴᴏᴛ ꜱᴇᴛ...ᴀʀᴇ ʀᴀʀᴇʟʏ ʀᴇᴀᴄʜᴇᴅ. However, goals that are set (and sometimes shared) are more likely to come into being.

One of my 𝔤𝔬𝔞𝔩𝔰 for the coming year is to deliver at least 6 webinars across the 12 months.

The format for my next webinar, however, will be a little different. I'll be experimenting with 'workshop setting' over 'webinar setting' to enable more interactivity and will be narrowing the scope of content from 4 to 2 related topics.

This is where you come in.

𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘢 𝘰𝘧 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘦𝘦 𝘮𝘦 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘶𝘴𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳?

I've come up with a list of topics that have been of interest for my coaching clientele, which might also resonate with you, such as:
1. How to be your best self in conflict
2. How to collaborate with people you don't trust
3. How to find your 'authentic purpose'
4. How to build engagement within teams

I would see it as a real gift if you could reply with your '𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘀' for an engaging workshop style webinar that you would like to see me facilitate!

It could be one of the above four - 𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰 that you are seeking support on.

I look forward to hearing from you!

James
