I have significant experience working with Senior Executives and Executives across the sectors, primarily in the Australian Public Service through my learning design, facilitation and coaching. Through this, I’ve developed a uniquely informed and practical ability to collaboratively design and engagingly facilitate tailored learning programs. My deep experience in professional coaching has proven ability to bring out the best in those I work with. I also enjoy crafting speaking engagements that both inspire and build the capability of your audience to leave them walking out with a more confident approach and an increased engagement for your event!
I have worked across sectors - for local, state, and federal level public service agencies, (in addition to the NFP sector, the private sector, and academia).

I believe in pragmatic things, sustainable things, and from my experience guiding clients early on in my career through wilderness and outdoor adventures, I pride myself on always leaving my campsite, the environment, or the experience, with it being somehow better than when I found it.

As a learning designer, I believe that my clients (i.e. you) deserve a learning design that is bespoke and tailored to meet your organisation’s learning needs. Through constructive conversation with you - the unique insights that will inform the learning design arise. And… when we create this, then the world will be a better place.

As a facilitator, I believe that if I can help those I serve (my participants) feel safe, respected and engaged then they will be able to learn (and where necessary, unlearn), practice new skills, and gain the confidence to put their best selves forward. And … the world will be a better place.
